Born in Mexico and raised in the Lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas, I grew up surrounded by bold Tex-Mex flavors, backyard carne asadas, and the kind of home cooking that doesn’t need a recipe — just a good tortilla and a lot of love.

But, life eventually took me far from home. When I moved to Washington, DC, I found myself missing the flavors I grew up with — the comfort of home-cooked Tex-Mex meals made with real ingredients and a lot of love. The store-bought options just weren’t the same. I wanted a way to bring those familiar flavors into my new kitchen.
That’s when I started blending my own seasonings — recreating the flavors of my family’s kitchen one small batch at a time. Tex-Mex at Home was born out of that need to feel connected to my roots, no matter where I was.

Today, our seasonings are handcrafted in small batches using real ingredients, with no MSG, no fillers, and 100% vegan-friendly. Every blend was developed with care so you get authentic Tex-Mex flavor without the measuring or guesswork.
And the best part? You don’t have to do it alone. I walk you through every recipe step-by-step on our Tex-Mex at Home YouTube channel, so it feels like we’re cooking together, right from my kitchen to yours.
